Standard product service process
According to the relevant requirements of the "Law of the PRC on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers", "Product Quality Law of The People's Republic of China" and "Repair replacement and return the liability provisions of some commodities", the company's product warranty regulations are as follows:
1.The warranty period of the Nets Tribe products is one year and lifetime maintenance. Nets Tribe undertakes the corresponding after-sales maintenance obligations, and the warranty period starts after the product is accepted by the customer.
2. The damage caused by human factors or natural disasters is not within the scope of free warranty, but paid services are still provided.
3. The warranty certificate is the purchase invoice or contract.
4. Nets Tribe reserves the right of final interpretation.
Service Guidance Application System
1. After the customer encounters after-sales problems, they can contact the person in charge of the order business/dealer or call the company's customer service number as soon as possible. The company will integrate the repair work within 12 hours and notify the customer of the upcoming after-sales time and details.
2. After receiving the repair report, the customer service department should fill in the "Nets Tribe Service Application Form" according to the company's service application process within 24 hours and apply to the company to ensure that the company coordinates personnel, tools, materials and arranges business trips in advance.
3. The company handles the classification according to the specific situation. The company follows the dealer's order and the dealer will carry out the after-sales work. If the special problem cannot be solved, the company will guide the company through telephone or video. The company's self-operated orders are directly after-sales work by the company's after-sales service department.
